I’ve Got you Covered!

You may have seen this meme, perhaps with a different color of book featured. And it’s so true, isn’t it? We may not judge a book by its cover, but we do remember it by the visual image we have in our mind’s eye.

I looked at my list of books I’ve recently reviewed on Goodreads. And I was struck by how many book covers were…yellow! Perhaps because they were released for springtime reading, or they were about upbeat topics?

I had to add Joanie Chevalier’s humorous book, even though it isn’t solid yellow. But it certainly is cheery, isn’t it?
